ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS
My ISP has advised that the my domain and
e-mail domain has been hacked. This notification follows about 6 weeks of
steadily increasing issues with my e-mail. While there has been no data
compromise, it appears that incoming e-mails were re-routed to cyberspace. My
ISP is in the process of recovering the emails -- which presently number 50,000+
going back to April. It's going to take quite some time to filter through these
messages and determine which are duplicates, etc. I received the first batch of
5,000 recovered emails yesterday. Most are Spam but will still need to be culled
If you have sent enquiries about items anytime since April and not received a reply, chances are that I never received your e-mail or subsequent repl(ies).
We are hoping to have our systems restored by Oct 1, at the latest.
